Our Services

What We Do

Evergreen Enterprises offers a gamut of services that cater to a very diverse range of industries. Below is a glimpse of the services we provide and what industries they can be utilized in.

Slope stabilization

Fully-thread anchor

Evergreen Enterprises create this by running threads along the length of the anchor. This allows us to produce a stronger bond between the grout body and the anchor.

Self-drilling anchor

At Evergreen Enterprises, we use this to make the soil more stable by the process of reinforcement. We use hollow threated bars and drill them into any type of soil.

Shotcrete

Mortar or concrete is passed through a hose. Any cracks or fissures are covered in order to create resistance for any loose falling material.

Cable anchor

Evergreen Enterprises ensures tensile load and forces are transferred to the ground via the length of the anchor. In this way, we can be sure that the ground anchors protect the soil. We do this particularly using high grade steel bars.

Rockfall mitigation

Debris flow barrier

We, at Evergreen Enterprises, make sure that this debris flow barrier is installed after careful analysis of a terrain. This is used to provide resistance to debris flow, avalanche and landslides using steel wire rope and mesh.

Rockfall barrier

This kind of barrier is made tactfully to assist in difficult terrain. Evergreen Enterprises makes sure the infrastructure, as well as the people, are protected using this rockfall barrier technique.

High tensile wire mesh

Our wire mesh consists of different percentages of high carbon steel and is made in different geometries. Most of the time, we use this to protect the surface of the soil, as well as for slope stabilization.

Ground improvement

JET grouting

JET grouting is a form of ground modification system. We use its different types at Evergreen Enterprises, for example single fluid, double fluid and triple fluid systems.

Compaction grouting

Our company uses compaction grouting by injecting low mobility and mortar grout in order to stabilize voids or sinkholes. In this way, we can enable improvement of soil and ground conditions by displacing soil particles.

Consolidation grouting

Evergreen Enterprises commonly uses this method of grouting for construction and rehabilitation of dams. We perform this consolidation grouting by reducing the permeability of the soil and by mixing the flow of water outward.

Rock fissure grouting

We conduct the process in fissured rock masses. We have found this to be good for decreasing water flow along irregularities of rocks. We drill holes through the fissures and then seal them by grouting. In this way, we enable the controlling of water along the discontinuities.

Permeation grouting

We use this synonymously to cement grouting and pressure grouting. We make sure voids in soil are covered and the strength of the soil is increased.

Tam grouting

Tube A Manchette or TAM uses perforated pipes, which are then placed into a hole for grouting on the outer side of the pipe. We, at Evergreen Enterprises, commonly use it for tunnel excavations to grout specific and exact locations.

Foundation engineering

micropiling

Secant pile

We create these piles by intersecting concrete piles. We chose to make these concrete with either steel or steel beams through a process called angering.

Contiguous pile

The company constructs a contiguous pile by carefully aligning piles adjacent to one another. Yet again, we have chosen an easy and economical way to create a supporting system suitable for our customers.

Piling

Piles are deep foundations, similar to micropiles but smaller in size. Our company excelled in using these to prevent excessive settlements.

Micro pile

Our company makes these from high strength steel casings. Micropiles serve to create deep underground friction which in turn enables a firm grip between the soil and the pile. We place micropiles in either compact and consistent ground or in grounds where rock formations are found. Accordingly, the micropiles may be placed in an incline position. We want our customers to receive the best yet most affordable services. Micropiles, henceforth, are cost effective and efficient when it comes to meeting the needs of the customer. Evergreen Enterprises prides in increasing the stability of mass using micropiles, as well as using these to provide structural support, underpin foundations as well as to transfer loads.
